The Centre for Creative Leadership (a not-for-profit institution) is the "leader" in the field of Leadership Development worldwide. It is imbued with values similar to the House of Tatas and is involved in significant measure in leadership related work in communities and pursues a developmental agenda along with its corporate offerings. CCL has more than 35 years of expertise in the development of leaders and leadership. The CCL’s expertise is grounded in research that has primarily been conducted and applied through a North American lens. Expanding the research capability in Asia and Europe is an important component of reaching CCL’s strategic goals and fulfilling the mission of benefiting society worldwide. To this end, CCL has agreed to host their India leg of research out of TMTC and to progressively partner with TMTC for their research work in the field of Leadership Development. The vision for CCL-TMTC work is to share the best of what each knows about leadership and leadership development and to be open to learning the best that there is to learn about leadership and leadership development throughout the region.
