Context
For today's senior executives,
understanding the flow of financial resources
is crucial. Such an understanding is needed
daily, whether it is used to obtain funding,
anticipate trends, or evaluate company
performance. Senior executives from non
financial backgrounds often are called
upon to make decisions based on modern
financial controls, and they must have
the know how to asses the output of the
financial systems that have a significant
impact on their professional responsibilities.
Marketing managers, for example, are required
to estimate the profitability of the product
line they are responsible for. Likewise,
operations managers are responsible for
make or buy decisions. The programme provides
the executives with a deeper understanding
of corporate finance as practiced by today's

Participant Profile
The programme is specifically
designed for senior managers who do not
have extensive experience in finance.
Executives who attend the programme should
be those who have responsibilities for
functional areas, including operations,
planning, financial administration, information
technology, marketing, production, legal
and governmental affairs, human resources,
as well as research and development.
Faculty Profile
The programme will be conducted by experienced
TMTC faculty and faculty from other business
schools.
Programme Fees
Rs 25,000 (Plus 12.36% taxes)
• The programme fee covers study
materials, accommodation on twin sharing
basis and all meals.
• Non-residential participants would
get a discount of Rs 2000 on the above
fee.
• Single room accommodation would
cost Rs 3,500 (plus taxes) extra; and
would be provided only if requested in
advance, subject to availability.
Payment may be made by Demand draft or
