Institutional Partnerships
Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) : The Centre for Creative Leadership
(a not-for-profit institution) is the "leader" in the field of Leadership Development
worldwide. It is imbued with values similar to the House of Tatas and is involved in
significant measure in leadership related work in communities and pursues a developmental
agenda along with its corporate offerings. The vision for CCL-TMTC work is to share the
best of what each knows about leadership and leadership development and to be open to
learning the best that there is to learn about leadership and leadership development
throughout the region.
CCL and TMTC has agreed to collaborate in various research activities as well as mutually beneficial leadership development opportunities
Michigan, Ross School of Business
TMTC, in association with the Ross School of Business has been
conducting leadership programmes. These programmes are being conducted for the
past few years. They were held once a year and since 2006-07, they have been held
twice a year. These programmes are designed to assist managers with responsibilities
for global strategy. These programmes foster a global perspective and a set of borderless
attitudes and behaviors among executives responsible for managing global competition.
They provide an intensive focus on global corporate strategy to guide participants in
formulating a conceptual framework for building organizational capabilities. They are
being conducted by faculty of University of Michigan, namely
