Mr. Jaideep Deodhar

Jaideep has done B. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) IIT Bombay, 1994 & MBA (Operations&Marketing) IIMLucknow,1996.

He is founder – SIMULYTICS Services Simulytics Services which offers data analytics, modeling and simulation services to the consumer and retail industry.

Some of the ongoing engagements:

  • Improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for a large consumer goods manufacturer
  • Data model for warehousing operations
  • Inventory modeling for a business conglomerate
  • Retail merchandising operations
  • Prior to this he was with AsianPaints India.
  • His Key responsibilities were Demand Forecasting, Production planning & scheduling,Transportation and routing,

Mr. Milind Pandit

Milind Pandit brings with him significant domestic and international experience in the areas of operations, strategy, strategic IT, knowledge management and reengineering. Over the last 20 years, he has consulted a number of small, medium and large scale organisations globally. Milind is a senior practice consultant at TMTC and is responsible for operations, strategy, and e-learning initiatives. He routinely teaches Operations Management and Strategy to senior executives.

Mr. Prashant Nayak

Prashant Nayak is CEO – India and Partner for The Jai Group, strategic consultancy firm focused on BRIC economies and specifically on the Brazil – India Corridor, As CEO for 4 years, led US$ 60 million (Rs. 2.5 billion) Joint Venture, As part of leadership team for 10years, in business strategy and human resource roles, conceptualized, planned and built a business of Rs.40billion, with 17 JVs and 2 wholly owned entities, and operations in India,Germany and China.

Prashant has been a visiting faculty for TMTC programs for over 4 years and has been involved in customised programs such as Operational Excellence, Operations module in customised GeMS and many Business Leadership Programs.

Dr. Rahul Z. More, PhD

Rahul More is currently executing developmental projects as well as assignments in automotive, food and the services sector. He has developed innovation capability building index and execution toolkit for manufacturing organizations. Also he is involved in the development of innovation culture, learning organization and strategic innovation management systems that is customer focused with necessary organizational structures and systems. He has expertise in areas including technology strategy, R&D management. Rahul is also an expert at applying multivariate statistical techniques for decision making.

Rahul More has submitted doctoral thesis at SJM SOM IIT Bombay in the area of technology and innovation management focusing on “Building innovation capabilities of an Indian automotive cluster”. Rahul also post-graduated in the area of Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from SRTMU University. He has published in many peer reviewed national andi nternational journals and conference proceedings.

This program has been designed for experienced professionals in manufacturing industries–PlantManagers, RegionalOperationalHeads, Supply Chain and Inventory leads with 10 to 12 years of experience. Also this will be helpful to leaders who work in Total Quality Management.
