The Tata GeMS is TMTC's blended management development program. It is designed for individuals in junior or first-time manager roles, to equip them with the knowledge of essentials of business management.
The program focuses on several aspects of managerial functions that are critical to the effectiveness of these managers. The program helps participants acquire an integrated perspective on management situations. The online component of the program covers three functional areas-Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Development.
The program also includes a two-day, in-contact session which helps develop inter-personal effectiveness, provides an understanding of leadership styles, and an appreciation of the macro-economic environment of business.

Develop competencies and skills essential for mid-management roles
Learn the essential aspects of key business functions
Understand the interrelationship between different functions
Understand the implications on business of decisions made by each managerial function
Blended Learning – combination of 28 online sessions of 90 minutes each, followed by two days of physical classroom sessions.
The time allocated to various modules is as follows -
Marketing-12 hours
Finance-12 hours
HRM-12 hours
General Management - 6 hours
Throughout, the faculty’s effort will be to provide a highly engaging, interactive, application-oriented, and outcome-based experience that will enable learning to be embedded.

Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand only) per participant plus taxes as applicable.
This is a blended e-learning program and the fee includes course fee(online and in-contact), and cost of instructional material/programme kit for participants excluding travel cost for participant.
