Business Objective

The Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC) has developed all its efforts and activities to promote leadership development in the group through design and delivery of world class training programmes. TMTC also supports these initiatives through publishing journals covering issues of contemporary relevance, conducting relevant research and offering consultancy services.

Objective of the Journal

The journal covers issues of contemporary relevance, discusses findings of relevant research, captures management thinking through interviews and provides a platform for serious management thinking through such thought-provoking articles for senior executives.
