How do I register for a TMTC Programme?

The Programme co-ordinator will send you a mail confirming your nomination.

How do I make a payment?

I am a participant in one of the TMTC Programmes. Is there a dress code?

The dress code at TMTC is Smart Business Casuals. You may like to bring along a pair of track pants as we have a gym and a jogging track around our campus. Please note that this dress code is applicable in our Dining Room as well.

The letter that we send out after you register for our Programme, will give you further details.

How long do training sessions usually last?

The start and end time of our sessions usually vary. We request you to get in touch with the respective Programme co-ordinator closer to the dates of the Programme for the detailed schedule. On the last day of the Programme, we usually try to close the Programme in time so that participants can take the last flight out of Pune.

Can I bring my laptop for the Programme? Is there an Internet connection in residential rooms?

You can bring your laptop with you. All residential rooms have Internet connection. During session breaks, you can use the computers in the main building which are kept along the corridor of the classrooms. TMTC has a24 hour Internet connectivity.

Does TMTC provide services to Non-Tata Companies? If so, whom should I contact?

Yes, TMTC provides services to Non-Tata companies. Most of our calendar Programmes are open tor Non-Tata Companies.

Does a company get a discount/concession for sending more than 4 participants for the same training Programme?

Would TMTC conduct any of the Customised Leadership Development Programmes for Non Tata Companies? If so, whom do I contact?

What is TMTC’s cancellation policy?

Due to the inherent costs of designing, conducting a Programme and refilling participant slots along with associated costs of pre-course materials, there will be a cancellation fee, depending on the timing of your request.

I want to stay an extra night at TMTC. What is TMTC’s policy?

You can stay an extra night at TMTC, only if you are registered for a Programme, have a reservation for travel early next morning and if the Programme gets over later than 5 p.m. on the previous evening. Kindly inform the Administration Manager of your decision to stay, in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made.

Will TMTC provide accommodation for my family if I am a participant or faculty?

TMTC is a training institute for Managers & we do not allow families to stay on campus along with the participants. In case of an emergency or for medical reasons, we could make a reservation for your family at a nearby hotel. The Hotel bill would be payable by the participant.

Faculty family stay on campus is at the discretion of the Director, TMTC.

Can we use TMTC facilities for our own training Programmes?

Can we rent TMTC premises for personal functions?

No. TMTC does not rent out its facilities for personal functions.

Do you provide services to Non-Tata Companies? If so, whom should I contact?

How do I get included/deleted from your mailing list?

Kindly send an email to tmtc@tata.com to include/remove your company from our mailing list. Please include full postal address, HR/ Training Head Name and contact numbers. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
