for Creative Leadership (CCL)
: The Centre for Creative Leadership
(a not-for-profit institution) is the
"leader" in the field of Leadership
Development worldwide. It is imbued
with values similar to the House of
Tatas and is involved in significant
measure in leadership related work in
communities and pursues a developmental
agenda along with its corporate offerings.
The vision for CCL-TMTC work is to share
the best of what each knows about leadership
and leadership development and to be
open to learning the best that there
is to learn about leadership and leadership
development throughout the region.
CCL and TMTC has agreed to collaborate
in various research activities as well
as mutually beneficial leadership development
opportunities
Michigan
, Ross School of Business : TMTC,
in association with the Ross School
of Business has been conducting leadership
programmes. These programmes are being
conducted for the past few years. They
were held once a year and since 2006-07,
they have been held twice a year. These
programmes are designed to assist managers
with responsibilities for global strategy.
These programmes foster a global perspective
and a set of borderless attitudes and
behaviors among executives responsible
for managing global competition. They
provide an intensive focus on global
corporate strategy to guide participants
in formulating a conceptual framework
for building organizational capabilities.
They are being conducted by faculty
of University of Michigan, namely C
K Prahalad, Wayne Brockbank, M P Narayanan,
M S Krishnan and Venkatram Ramaswamy.

Jochen
Wirtz :
Dr Jochen Wirtz is one of the leading
authorities in Services Marketing in
Asia. He is an Associate Professor of
Marketing with the NUS Business School,
National University of Singapore, and
the Academic Director of the UCLA NUS
Executive MBA Program, and member of
the NUS Business School Management Committee.
Dr. Wirtz's research focuses on service
management related topics such as service
satisfaction, customer feedback systems,
service guarantees, and revenue management.
Dr. Wirtz is a Ph.D. from the London
Business School in Services Marketing,
has a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Accounting,
and holds a professional certification
in banking from Germany.
Rajeev
Batra :
Rajeev Batra is from Ross School of
Business Michigan and is the Sebastian
S. Kresge Professor of Marketing &
Director of Yaffe Center for Persuasive
Communication. He is a Ph.D. from Stanford
University, has an M.S. from University
Of Illinois, an MBA from Indian Institute
Of Management and a B.A. from University
Of Delhi
Rajeev Batra's research interests include
the strategy and tactics of brand-building;
global branding and advertising; marketing
issues in emerging markets; emotional
advertising: processes, role, measurement
and effects; consumers' attitude structure
toward brands and brand personality;
repetition effects; and advertising
budgeting.
Das
Narayandas :
Das Narayandas is the James J. Hill
Professor of Business Administration
at the Harvard Business School. He is
currently the Co-Chair of Harvard Business
School's Program for Leadership Development.
His academic credentials include a Bachelor
of Technology degree in Engineering
from the Indian Institute of Technology,
a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management
from the Indian Institute of Management,
and a Ph.D. in Management from Purdue
University.
Das's current research interests focus
on business-to-business marketing and
management of customer relationships.
Wayne
Brockbank :
Clinical Professor of Business at the
Ross School of Business at the University
of Michigan.
His teaching focuses on strategic human
resource management, strategy and implementation,
and international business. At the University
of Michigan's Executive Education Center,
Prof Brockbank is Director of the Center
for Strategic Human Resource Leadership.
He is the Faculty Director of the Strategic
Human Resource Planning Program and
the Advanced Human Resource Executive
Program. He is the Co-Director of the
Human Resource Executive Program. These
three executive programs have been consistently
rated over the last ten years as the
best HR executive programs in the United
States and Europe by the Wall Street
Journal and Business Week.
Prashant
Kale :
Prashant Kale is a Professor of Strategy
at the Jones School of Management, Rice
University and the University of Michigan
Business School. He is also visiting
faculty at the Wharton School and the
Kellogg School of Management, USA. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering,
a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a Ph.D.
in Strategic Management from the Wharton
School of Business. He does research,
teaching and consulting in the area
of corporate strategy, strategic alliances,
and mergers and acquisitions.
Harbir
Singh :
Harbir Singh is a Mack Professor of
Management, Vice Dean International
Affairs and Chair of the Management
Department at the Wharton School of
Business. He is also the Co-Director
of the Mack Center of Technological
Innovation at the Wharton School. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering,
a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a Ph.D.
in Management from the University of
Michigan Business School. He does research,
teaching and consulting in the areas
of corporate strategy, strategic alliances
and acquisitions, and corporate governance
and leadership
